It really was God who ordained my being there for this Worship-Art Reveal. The things He spoke over me that evening I will never forget. This is one of my favorite worship songs, and here, listening again for the hundredth time, it still ministers to me.
I immediately saw the cross in this painting - how Jesus waits initially for us there. Then I saw a heart and am reminded now of His amazing love. As I sit alone this evening revisiting the songs and the paintings, He is speaking new things to me, and at the same time, reminding me of all He wants to be - for ME. I am learning to wait, and to rest in the peace that comes in the waiting.
