This painting was commissioned by "Rock Fitness" in Lincolnton, NC, in honor of their "Fitness Guru"... Mr. Haskle Good, whom went home to be with Our Lord, in 2014. The painting took shape through "worship painting"... with no pre-planned drawings or ideas. It began to develop into a 44ft x 15ft, painting over 5 days of worship to our King Jesus, with only a paint brush in hand, and a heart of surrender. I felt that the mural came to life... from the dark hole at the bottom, representing death, to the large movement of vibrant colors, vines, waves, wind, flight... all representing... "New Life". It was my largest "abstract worship painting" I have ever done, and it was a privilege to paint my first mural in memorial of a wonderful person... Haskle Good.
